Cabbage Pancakes

  • cabbage

  • flour

  • water

  • pepper

  • oil

  • salt

step 1

Chop up the cabbage as thinly as possible, then salt it and leave it in a bowl for about 30 mins. Then squeeze out all the excess water 

step 2

Add enough flour and water to make a slightly thick crepe batter consistency and season with pepper

step 3

Fry it in a thin layer on a hot pan, adding small amounts of oil around the edges when needed and moving the pan often to make sure it didn't stick 

step 4

Flip until both sides were golden, then cut it up into squares to serve!
